Referral Terms and Conditions

  1. The Daily Sparkle referral scheme is open to existing Daily Sparkle clients
  2. To make a valid referral, you must complete the web form at: https://www.dailysparkle.co.uk/referral or send the name, company or home name, email address and phone number of the person you are referring to
  3. Referrals will only be eligible if the referred company or home is not already in conversation with Daily Sparkle via any other channel
  4. There is only one reward for each Referred company/home referred. Daily Sparkle will notify the Referrer if the Referred company/home has previously been referred. The referral scheme only applies to business subscriptions and does not apply to subscriptions for individuals
  5. If a Referred company/home is sent by multiple Referrers, whichever Referrer submitted the referral first will be deemed as the Referrer
  6. Referrals will be deemed as ineligible if an existing client refers their own home or a franchisee
  7. To constitute a successful referral, the referred business must take out a paid Daily Sparkle subscription for a minimum of 3 months
  8. The Gift Cards will be issued within 30 days of the referred business paying for the third paid month of their subscription
  9. There is no limit to the number of businesses a Referrer can refer
  10. There is no cash alternative and Daily Sparkle reserve the right to withdraw or alter any referral scheme, change the value of the gift card or replace the gift card with an alternative, subject to availability
  11. The Daily Sparkle referral scheme is available to UK residents only
  12. In the event of any disputes regarding any Referred company/organisation, the decision of Daily Sparkle is final
  13. Any rewards from this scheme should be declared in your annual tax return or declared as a benefit in kind
  14. In the event of a Referrer not receiving a referral fee, a claim must be raised for consideration to within 180 days of the referral form submission. Any claims made after 180 days will not be eligible for a Referral fee

  16. Referral leads must close within 12 months of the submission date. Referrals which do not become clients within this date will not be eligible for a referral fee.
