We loved seeing photos of this DIY throne. It was submitted to us by one of our subscribing home’s Activity Coordinator, Jan, who said“I thought it might be a good idea for the upcoming Platinum Jubilee celebrations to have a throne in our care home! I bought red curtains from a charity shop and 3 metres of gold tassels for a few pounds. Then I attached them both to an old, high-backed chair. Something for other Acs to have a go at? Residents can be King or Queen for the day!”
