We are delighted to share this lovely photo of service users at Laurandy Day Care Centre in Wick, Caithness, Scotland, with their Easter biscuits. Jill Duncan, the daily planning coordinator for Laurandy, tells us, “We have been subscribing to the Daily Sparkle for the past few years and our service users thoroughly enjoy reading the papers. It is a great reminiscence tool and can lead to conversations with everyone. Some of our gentlemen who attend our day care centre recently made these Easter biscuits using the recipe from the Daily Sparkle’s Activity Booklet. They really enjoyed baking them and everyone thought they tasted delicious!”
