Last week’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations certainly kept everyone entertained. We have enjoyed hearing how care homes celebrated the momentous occasion. Sam Bailey from The Haven Care Home in Boston, Lincolnshire reached out to share these wonderful photos of residents enjoying the Jubilee action!
“Residents of The Haven Care Home in Boston, Lincolnshire were treated to an amazing in-house celebration thanks to the amazing efforts of our wonderful staff team!Staff were on hand to provide entertainment and company throughout the day. The kitchen team put exceptional effort into the event.Residents prepared for the jubilee by making their own decorations and crafts, as well as working with our wonderful staff to decorate the home in time for the big event. They celebrated with live entertainment in the home, a glorious buffet with homemade Jubilee-themed foods, and a brilliant day spent with friends, family and our wonderful team.“
